In this paper, it shall be argued that
the Constitution of Medina established a community that protects fundamental
human rights for all of its citizens, including equality for everyone,

religion and protection for all.

Muhammad to govern
a multi-religious pluralistic society, in a manner that allowed equality and religious
freedom for all of them.
