In this paper, it shall be argued that
the Constitution of Medina established a community that protects fundamental
human rights for all of its citizens, including equality for everyone,
cooperation between believers and non-believers, and ensured freedom of
religion and protection for all.

The purpose of the Constitution of Medina was for Prophet
Muhammad to govern
a multi-religious pluralistic society, in a manner that allowed equality and religious
freedom for all of them.
