In addition, these concepts become the mechanism forces of each social group, which control the links and relationship of each member and the management issue inside the group. Because of these reasons, the social mechanism force becomes an important concern and factor in the concept of social institution and formation. The factor of social mechanism manifests in each social group or institution in different forms, characteristics and influence. However, though different in nature, social mechanisms mainly affect the society through controlling, regulating and moderating the operation, relationship between each involved units, and other critical dimensions in social realm. These influences can then be categorized based on the perspective of each involved unit to be whether on the positive or negative side depending on its general influence on the organizational issue and the characteristic of the social group. Among the common social mechanism concepts are the factor of authority and recognition, which generally influence the development and the basic characteristics of each social groups. The aspect of social mechanism manifests in different nature and application in each organization.

In general however, these forces affect the management system and the operation of each social group as influenced by the manipulation of these forces in the organizational structure. To explain further this concept, consider an observed scenario or example of the manifestation of social mechanism in a certain social group. For the author of this paper, social mechanism is indeed present and is observable in different social groups or institution. In particular, in the algebra class of this author, the concept of social authority and recognition is indeed present and is noticeable in the organizational structure of the said social group.

As founded, the group is mainly an academic class that created by the interest or purpose of learning the involved subject. On its structure, the class group is under the facilitation of the teacher who manages and organizes the social group towards the realization of their purpose and idealism. However, on the observation of the author of this paper, certain inadequacies and unethical characteristics appears to be present in this particular social group as influenced by the manipulation of the concept of social mechanism.AS the class group is under the control of the teacher, he is considered the functional leader of the social group possessing the appropriate authority. This authority is duly given for the ideal purpose of enabling the teacher to organize and manage the group however, on this observed scenario, the concept of authority is likely being applied to be more as a personal power applied by the teacher for the realization of personal interest.

This interest being implemented through the social authority is partly the promulgation of the status or personal accomplishment of the teacher wherein he regard more his position to be his power. This observed concept is not much applied on the negative aspect yet only the application of the rules and guidelines affecting the implementation of the subject matter. An example of this is during the establishment of the correct answer in terms of the subject matter. As influenced by the authority of the teacher, he possesses certain influence in establishing what is right on the subject based on his more advance knowledge, expertise, and previous experiences. As such, he commonly controls the normative standard of the class towards his personal perspective making his solution or approach towards the lesson to be the only or the standard way. In this aspect, what he says becomes the only correct way and deviation from this perspective automatically becomes an erroneous approach. For the author of this paper, the application of the social mechanism of authority becomes instead a flaw in the system of the group as it delimits each of the unit’s perspective to be within the influence of the established leader.AS influenced also by the social mechanism of authority, the teacher manifests to be the leader possessing power to manipulate the system of learning inside the classroom.

This in extended to the point of application of the educational standard wherein the teacher makes the subject harder in terms of grade evaluation and implementation of the lesson proper. First, the teacher makes the discussion lessons more personal wherein they emphasize on the aspect of relating the subject on the personal lives of students to encourage further interest and to realize better the importance of the subject matter. Second, the structure of the lesson application is also observed to be manipulated making it harder and more complicated through having more requirements and evaluatory exercises.

The author of this paper believes that this is aspect is implemented to negate the common view stating that the subject matter is impractical and inapplicable to the actual life. Indeed, the subject is made harder to facilitate more interest and to relate it further in actual application.Another observable influence of the social mechanism factor in this scenario is the concept of recognition in the group’s perspective. As implemented by the authorize facilitator of the class organization, the concept of normative or equal standing is highly dominant in the said group. In this uniform perspective towards each member, every individual unit in this group is viewed to the uniform standard wherein each member is on equal standing and each must strictly conform on the general standard. On the ideal perspective, this application influenced by the social mechanism can be viewed to be normal and beneficial as it distributes opportunity and chances for each member.

However, on the negative side, this characteristic delimits the idealism for further excellence that promote standing out or becoming advance to the class. In general, the author of this paper believes that this actual characteristic is based on the personal perspective of the teacher and is influenced by their idea of equalizing and standardizing the group through neutralizing their differences. In general, as observed in the characteristics and nature of this social scenario, the concept of social mechanism acts as an important factor or force in the development and nature of the social organization. These social mechanism forces are used and applied in the social group to manipulate their organizational system and management factors towards the realization of the specific interest and purpose of group. However in most cases namely the observed scenario of the author of this paper, the social mechanism of authority and recognition are often used to the application of certain idealism and concept in the group.

As such, the factors of social mechanism indeed affect and control the development and the characteristic of each social group or organization.
