Abstract
Our system try to provide a new freelancing portal for architecture, contractor and especially
for the fresher who directly apply their requirements to client.
In our project portal client can upload easily their project with their requirements like time-
limit, price and other assets. And contractor and architecture apply the bid on the client’s
uploaded projects. After that client will select the bid. So, the particular architecture and
contractor get notify and they will sign an MOU between client to architecture and client to
contractor.
After sign the MOU the particular client, contractor and architecture work in same portal for
project. In the portal first architecture gives the design plan for the project. So, the contractor
get idea about assets and required material for that.
In the portal we give the functionality like payment tracking for all users, Contractor upload
the photos and status of actually work place and, client and architecture give suggestion or
review about the work.
Architecture visit the working place as per their requirements or define time inn agreement.
Based on MOU payment of the particular project given to the contractor and architecture after
completed their work (task). After complete whole project all users give confirmation as per
defined requirements. And the client give feedback for our websites and architecture and
contractor who worked in this project.

1. Introduction
1.1. Introduction:
The case study we presented the following pages is prepared for “E-COMA: Freelancing
Construction Management System” based on the freelancing system for the contractor,
architecture and the client who build something outside their living city.
1.2. Identification:
In the current world existing system like, websites which only provides already worked
projects and deals with the client for selling their project. And this system is only for particular
company for how they work. So, basically they can only view working technique and buy from
them.
Now a days, in a construction area only experienced contractor and architecture get work
and they didn’t have work continuously. So, we try to give a platform to a fresher to enter in
the real world and give some innovative ideas and to remove an unemployment for experienced
people as well as fresher to provide a platform in which they can attempt any bid and get a
contract as per client’s requirements.
1.3. Problem solution:
We try to help clients to develop their building as per their requirement and where they
want to build. We developed a system in which clients can directly connected with the
contractor and architecture and they choose them as per their requirements for their work. We
provide a freelancing portal for client, contractor and architecture in which contractor and
architecture can bid on the client’s project as per their requirements (no. of working days, price,
etc.) and client’s will choose the contractor and architecture as per their requirements.
1.4. Aim of the Project:
Our aim is to provide a freelancing portal for Construction area’s users (client, contractor,
architecture) to communicate each other in digital way. By developing a freelancing system we
try to remove unemployment to give a work for fresher and contractor and architecture. We
also provide a facilities for a client to solve problem to build something outside their living
city.
1.5. Plan of work:
We followed an incremental working model for a developing our system because we test
our module by module to analyze a fault and new requirements. And we also prepare a Gantt
chart for our system for completed one by one task in the defined deadlines.

2.1. Data Dictionary
At the time of developing programs it use the data model, a data dictionary can be
consulted to understand where a data item fits in the structure, what values it may contain,
and basically what the data item means in real-world terms. So, basically this data
dictionary tables we will refer at the time of developing the websites. Following are the
different database tables which can describes all the column name, its type, size and the
constraints of the attributes which used to store different types of value when users perform
events in websites.
? Client:
It is a client’s registration table which store details of client’s and retrieve it when the
clients will login into the websites.
? Contractor:
It is a contractor’s registration table which store details of client’s and retrieve it when
the clients will login into the websites.

2.2. E-R Diagram:
E-R diagram is a graphical representation of software system which defines relationship
between every entities (tables), people and objects with all attributes and describe what
type of mapping cardinality done by entity. In the below figure we discussed about the e-r
diagram of E-COMA system. In this we describe relationship with all the tables which is
defined in above data dictionary.

2.3. Data Flow Diagram:
A data flow diagram is a graphical representation of the “flow” of System. A DFD is
often used as a preliminary step to create an overview of the system without going into
great detail, which can later be elaborated. Here we describe context level and level-1 dfd
for E-COMA system.
2.3.1. Context level Diagram:
A context diagram is a top level it also known as “Level 0” data flow diagram. It only
contains one process node (“Process 0”) that generalizes the function of the entire system in
relationship to external entities. ClientContra ctor
