It spanner machine is a maximum use in automobile industries as make of different type of vehicle. Any vehicle have must required wheel and wheel are also fitting on nut bolt system. Nut bolt is a installed properly dimension and distance. usually this effort is so high that it can cause back injury to the operator. It is impossible to open nut and bolt without any mechanism. Considering these problems it is important to design a motorized multipoint system which can facilitate the opening and closing of nut and bolt by the using multipoint spanner and thus reduce the time. Thus it is important to design such mechanism for time and safety purpose. In this project keeping in mind those problems, we have designed a multipoint spanner system.

Design is a plane of a system, its implementation and utilization for attaining a goal. It is to change undesired situation into desired situation means to find solution for undesired/uncomfortable situation.
Design thinking gives a test of the rich internal remunerations associated with knowledge creations in curiosity and problem driven context.
Design need to satisfy technical functions, ergonomics functions, asthetic function, cost function and environment function .8
2. AEIOU FRAMEWORK
It is all starts with the observation in different areas.
We take particular area in the CAR WORKSHOP.
In this observation we caught some problems & what we got in the observation simply put in this canvas which is known as AEIOU FRAMEWORK.

3. Empathy mapping
The main aim of this section was to connect emotionally with the user. Here the user being sad was someone related to a routine life. To define any user centric problem we need to know the user properly.
Deciding users: This topic contains the users of our project.
Stakeholder is defines as the people, society or organization which are connected with the users directly or indirectly.
Here, we were to identify the activities that the user was to be involves into. Accordingly, the activities where the user is to get engaged are identified below:
Story boarding (Happy & Sad)
The story boarding is an activity where it is needed to incorporate emotions related with the activities and users, stakeholders identified.
Happy : When my tyre was puncture. So I went to the garrage whenever tyre is not open easily and it tooked many time and that time I through about a process that is tyre operate I try to create multipoint spanner system in my workshop and I am success in it. A garrage worker using the multipoint spanner system than he can solved problem in more car.
Sad :Once my mom is going to long journey. So they travel by car in-
fact the critical solution. The car tyre has punctured. So her flight had gone missed. So mom is cannot reached as the proper time.

Ideation is done. By the time, minds are bogging with many simultaneously popping up thoughts and forward to address the problems with what – not clear the stage. Next job was to frame up with product development canvas.
Now arrive the core part of the design process. We had to design a product based on a key solution. A key solution according to our understanding was a solution which solved a key problem. Out of the many possible solutions for the multiple problems that we listed down in the ideation phase. We recognized some problems that if solved would be very emotionally rewarding to the people.

7. PROTOTYPE MODEL
In this project we study different types of spanner system and we make a new design of multipoint spanner system which is very helpful in automobile industry.
Multipoint spanner is a kit invented to reduce the effort and time in replacing the wheels of the vehicle.
Multipoint spanner system is used to remove or fit the nuts from the wheel of vehicle. We design such a new multipoint spanner system in which can reduce man effort than in required spanner system.
