In the following experimental processdescribed, jet lag and its affects on the human body are attempted to be resolvedby using light exposure treatment, doses of melatonin and 30 minutes of aerobicexercise.AEROBICEXERCISE            When people travel by plane East toWest it disrupts the internal system resulting in jet lag, upon landing attheir destination, actively participating in 30 minutes of aerobic exercisewill reduce the harsh affects of jet lag. In the following experiment arandomly selected plane traveling East to West will ask the travelers toparticipate in a study but will not be told what it is being examined.

Theywill ask that if you are in seats A and C that you apart of group1 and ifyou’re in seats B and D that you are in group 2. All participates are asked tonot take any non-prescription drugs and to not eat a full meal on the plane.Once the plane lands the experimenter takes all participates to a yoga studio.Group 1 does yoga for 30 minutes while group 2 waits on a charter bus to betaken to their hotel. The travelers are asked to fill out a survey every nightbefore they go to bed that simply asks their symptoms of jet lag on a scale of1-10. At the end of the travelers stay they are asked to return their surveysto the front desk of the hotel where the experimenter picks them up and reportson the findings. Once the travelers check out they leave theirsurveys at the front desk and they are collected by the experimenter and reportedon.CONCLUSION            Once all three experiments were completedall surveys were collected and tallied up the results according to group that receivedthe independent variable the severity of their symptoms of jet leg. To determinewhich treatment resulted in less harsh jet lag was determined by the survey responsesof severity to their 3 symptoms of jet lag.
